Nantucket LV 112· K1015

The kit includes pre-carved basswood hull, cast Britannia and etched brass fittings plus other high quality materials needed to build this great model ship. It depicts Nantucket as built in 1936 with her original tall steam-boiler stack (changed to a shorter stack in 1960 when converted to diesel), and reduced plans showing her later configuration are also included in the instruction booklet. A dedicated paint kit (primer, flat black, flat white, ocean gray, insignia red, etc.) is offered alongside the kit for finishing the model.
