This is a wood plank-on-frame kit using laser-cut basswood, mahogany, and plywood parts. The box includes full-size rolled plans, a 47-page illustrated step-by-step construction manual, and a complete fittings set with cotton sails, rigging cordage, plastic cleats and blocks, brass eyebolts, and cast metal pintles and gudgeons, plus a hardwood display base with cradle ends. It's part of Midwest's Apprentice/Success Series aimed at beginners, buildable with simple hand tools though some parts require cutting and fitting.
