This is a resin/multimedia kit of the Civil War-era submarine, measuring approximately 7 inches long at 1:72 scale. It is produced by Flagship Models, a manufacturer that specializes in American Civil War ironclads, submarines, and related ordnance, with kits built from cast resin components rather than wood.
