Injection-moulded waterline kit in S-Model's series of Chinese Beiyang Fleet warships from the First Sino-Japanese War era. It shares tooling/sprues with the firm's near-sister-ship kit of the Jingyuan (Ching Yuen), which includes photo-etched fret(s), turned brass gun barrels, and decals; the Zhiyuan-specific release was announced after the Jingyuan kit and is reported by builders to have followed it onto the market using very similar parts.
