This is a semi-scratch, chapter-based build of a 50-gun 4th rate Royal Navy two-decker, sold as sequential installments rather than a single boxed kit. The opening chapters are described as a plank-on-bulkhead and plank-on-frame hybrid, using MDF, yellow cedar, and either pearwood or cherry, with precision laser-cut assembly jigs and bulkhead structure. Later chapters add resin-printed parts such as the quarter galleries, laser-cut frieze work, and milled boxwood moldings, and the model is designed to be built unrigged at roughly 50 inches long when complete.
