A revolutionised modern plank-on-bulkhead kit that replaces traditional bulkhead/filler construction with 3D-printed frames, transverse bulkheads and multi-layered vertical bulkheads plus 3D-printed fillers for a more stable and accurate hull. Expanded (pre-shaped) planking sheets let the builder remove and sand planks rather than cutting strips from scratch, and the pearwood version uses pearwood, boxwood and ebony along with brass cannon, photo-etched parts, some 3D-printed fittings (e.g. galley) and CNC pearwood blocks/pulleys for rigging.
