Waterline-only injection-molded styrene kit that can be built as either the 1941 Operation Rheinübung fit-out or the 1942 Operation Cerberus (Channel Dash) configuration with extra 20mm AA quad mounts. Tamiya presents a plastic model assembly kit of the Heavy German Battle Cruiser, and every detail of the hull form down to the port/starboard seam line is molded in, along with weapons, searchlights and small equipment in fine detail.
