This is a resin ship model kit depicting the São Paulo in her 1940 configuration, produced by the Japanese kit maker Fairy Kikaku. It is a no-assembly-required skill level kit according to the retailer listing, though multi-material resin/white-metal kits of this type typically require cutting, cleaning, and assembly of small parts plus painting.
