This is a double plank-on-bulkhead wooden kit with keel, bulkheads and major structural parts CNC-cut in birch ply, and CNC-cut walnut used extensively for visible structures and fittings. The wood strip pack includes maple for the first planking layer, walnut for the second layer, and maple for the decks, with ramin dowel for masts/yards, pre-cut wood gratings, pin rails and belaying pins, and etched-brass chainplate assemblies. It includes four cast white-metal 12-pounder carronades, black and natural hemp rigging line, full-size plans and a comprehensive instruction manual, making it a popular introductory kit for plank-on-bulkhead modeling.
