A reissue of the original 1959 Renwal tooling, molded in gray with 144 parts, a display stand, and waterslide decals allowing the builder to finish the model as either BB-55 North Carolina or sister ship BB-56 Washington. Features include rotating 16-inch gun turrets with individually elevating barrels, a rotating rear aircraft crane, and rotating 5-inch gun mounts; some AA guns are molded fixed in place.
