An advanced/expert-level wooden kit of the 74-gun Spanish ship of the line, built using a false keel and plywood bulkhead construction with individual walnut planking strips and moulded formers for the bow and stern. The box includes high-precision laser-cut board parts, fine woods, brass, cast-metal and white-metal fittings, pre-printed flags, cotton/fabric sails cut and sewn by hand, and multiple diameters of rigging line. Assembly plans and instructions (in several languages) are supplied only on DVD/digital download rather than as a printed manual, and an exhibition stand is included as a bonus to display the finished model, which measures roughly 960 x 400 x 750 mm.
