Injection-molded styrene kit of the 1850 French sail/steam ship-of-the-line Napoleon, produced by Japanese manufacturer IMAI. Features engraved hull detail with a wood-grain planking effect, pre-molded ratlines, a full set of cast cannon, brass rigging pins, two weights of rigging thread, and a display base with name-plate. The kit was also issued with vacuum-formed plastic sails (full-rigged version, Imai code IMAB-2051) or without sails as a waterline/anchored display version (Imai code IMAB-2414); instructions are in Japanese.
