A 3D-printed kit sold through Masters of Military's Shapeways storefront in Shapeways' 'Smooth Fine Detail Plastic' resin-like photopolymer. The hull is printed as a single piece with the superstructure, masts and many fine details (fire-control gear, torpedo tubes, Harpoon launchers, life rafts) already moulded on, with remaining small parts (gun turrets, Bofors mounts, Sea Sparrow launcher, boats, cranes, radar antennas, mast tops) cast on an attached sprue frame below the hull, including spares of most pieces. No printed instructions are included, hulls can arrive slightly warped and may need reshaping in hot water, and builders typically upgrade gun barrels and radar antennas with brass rod or photo-etch for extra detail.
