This 1:700 waterline kit (NNT item 70040) is cast in resin and comes with a photo-etched brass fret and a waterslide decal sheet. The hull is cast as a single clean waterline piece with the side and stern openings molded open, so builders can display the boats amidships and both stern ramps/doors open; a small resin/PE Westland Lynx helicopter, masts, and various small fittings are included among the parts. Reviewers note the parts quality (especially the resin hull) is very good, but the printed instruction sheet is quite sparse, so some research or reference photos are recommended when assembling and rigging the superstructure details.
